This role is responsible for managing customer orders for the APAC region.
This role is to support back end office by processing orders using the SAP system .
As a Senior Material Master Data Analyst, you will strive to deliver integrated processes, data, and systems across the Business Units, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to drive exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and compliance.
You will be responsible for overseeing the service and support operations for the Pump Division. Your role will involve managing service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving after-market sales growth. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
