Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance (OEC) division, this role ensures the implementation and oversight of the company's compliance program. Responsibilities include leading compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate policies, and fostering an ethical culture within the organization.Offer strategic advice and support to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international industry codes (e.g., Pharma, SAPI, Prema, and IFPMA) as well as government regulations like the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.Collaborate with the Affiliate Management Teams (AMT) to enhance and maintain a top-tier compliance program, including organizing Compliance Insights Forums (CIF) to align with business objectives.Offer expert guidance on ethical and compliance considerations for both routine and complex business initiatives.Oversee the implementation, management, and interpretation of policies and procedures across all affiliate functions to ensure alignment with compliance standards.Conduct compliance risk assessments, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and improve practices.Design and deliver education and training programs to enhance awareness of the Affiliate Compliance Program, Code of Business Conduct (CoBC), and relevant policies.Lead and actively participate in Compliance Insights Forums (CIF) to address compliance matters effectively.Review proposed commercial and medical programs, identify potential legal, regulatory, or compliance concerns, and provide actionable guidance.The Successful ApplicantMinimum Bachelor's degree qualifications.
