Before PageGroup, where were you before and what were your specialisations?

I was working with GSK for five years before joining PageGroup. I spent three years in Pharmaceutical Sales, and two years in Corporate Sales.

How did/have your past experience(s) helped you in your current role?

My past experience in dealing with different key stakeholders, managing tough situations, being timely and being organised at work certainly help me in my current role.

Successes / achievements that you have accomplished during your time at PageGroup?

My greatest achievement in PageGroup so far is having made 36 placements in a year and achieving Platinum Club on my first full year!

What advice would you give to graduates who are looking to join the recruitment industry?

Recruitment needs you to put in more than 100% of your effort. If you are looking for a rewarding career, one that has good career progression and helps develops your soft skills and business acumen, this is the industry you should be joining.
