What advice would you offer to working mothers preparing to re-enter the workforce?

For working mothers preparing to re-enter the workforce, my advice would be to be confident in your abilities and know that it's okay to ask for support when you need it. The transition back to work can be challenging, but with the right mindset and a supportive environment, you can absolutely succeed.

Being a parent of a young child, I truly value the flexibility and understanding my manager and the company have shown. I'm empowered, and I extend that same empowerment to my team, to be accountable for our work and results, while managing our time based on effectiveness and outcomes.
