I had always been interested in recruitment, and after spending over three years in marketing, I decided it was time to finally scratch that itch and make the switch. However, given my background, not many firms were willing to take a chance on me. I reached out to anyone and everyone I could, and that’s when I was introduced to Michael Page. Unlike others, they saw potential beyond my past experience and gave me the opportunity to prove myself—and I haven’t looked back since!

Whether it’s helping a candidate land their dream role or supporting a company in finding the right talent, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing the positive outcomes of the connections I help create. It’s especially fulfilling when a candidate I’ve placed thrives in their new role and comes back to me for future opportunities—it’s a great reminder of the long-term relationships I’m building in this industry.
